Bridging Mobile Brokerage Operations with Dynamics 365 Sync

The Challenge

The client operated a large network of over 180 active property brokers across the UAE. However, their core CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, had no real-time sync with mobile viewings and listings. Brokers had to manually write down updates and submit listing sheets to administrative coordinators, who then manually entered the records. This resulted in a 48-hour data latency, stale listing boards, duplicate bookings, and high administrative overhead.

The Solution

ASOTech engineered a custom mobile application built with Capacitor and React, directly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 via a secure, real-time sync worker. We removed the batch cron jobs and replaced them with event-driven Dataverse webhooks. A broker can now snap a listing photo, enter property details locally in the offline-first app, and submit. The record maps instantly to the CRM and publishes to marketing portals in under 5 seconds.
